Do I have to attend all of the events, or can I choose just the ones I want?

It's entirely up to you! Each event is ticketed separately, so you're welcome to join us for the whole weekend or pick the gatherings that suit you best.

We'd of course love to see you on the water Friday and on the rooftop Saturday night, but every guest is welcome to build the weekend that works for them.

What's included with the Pirate Dinner Cruise?

Your ticket includes dinner and an open bar as we sail along Tampa Bay aboard the Starship II. Come in your best pirate-themed sunset-casual attire – costumes are encouraged but never required.

Question 3

When do I need to arrive for the cruise?

Accepted Answer

Boarding opens at 5:30 PM, and the ship departs promptly at 6:45 PM, so please plan to arrive during the boarding window. The Starship II sails on schedule and unfortunately can't wait for late arrivals. We'll return to dock by 8:00 PM.

Do I need any experience for the Saturday morning yoga session?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! "A Morning of Wellness" is open to all levels and meant to be gentle and restorative. Just bring comfortable athletic or yoga attire.

Question 5

What does the aquarium afternoon include, and where do we meet?

Accepted Answer

We'll gather in the JW Marriott lobby and walk over together as a group to the aquarium, just a short distance away on Channelside Drive. Your ticket covers admission, and casual, comfortable attire is perfect.

Question 6

What's included with the Saturday night Freedom Tour Dinner ticket?

Accepted Answer

Hors d'oeuvres, dinner, dessert, and two drink tickets are included, with additional drink tickets available for purchase.

The evening also features our keynote speaker, First Sergeant Matt Eversmann, U.S. Army (Retired), and will conclude at 10pm.

Question 7

Is there parking at the dinner venue?

Accepted Answer

Valet and street parking are available near the JW Marriott Beacon Rooftop Lounge (~$25 for valet parking). Because parking downtown can be limited, we recommend using a rideshare service if possible.
